Pros

Having a member of staff dedicated to IT gives the business control over things like response time, quality of work and activity. Technical solutions can (potentially) be solved faster, using the process the business prefers.

Cons

When you have one or two IT support staff members, you are limited to the scope of skills they possess. The world of IT is broad and complex, and these individuals may not have a number of important qualifications, especially if they are entry-level. At MyITpros, each client has a support team composed of four to five people with varying skills sets and expertise, with the goal of being able to handle almost any type of issue.

Pros

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Cons

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
