Pros
Lots of younger people, very nice personalities, room for advancement, understanding that development happens through lateral movement. Wide variety of products and lots of good design teams to interact with
Cons
Close minded, very old fashioned in terms of management structure, lots of bureaucracy. Then definitely have "molds" they prefer. A young EE or even an ME with experience will get a lot of support. dont fit the mold and they wont be nearly as excited.
