Rockwell Automation is by far, the best in class with regards to the Industrial Automation Industry. With regards to how employees are treated overall, and the direction of the company, no other company measures as well across the board. Lots of choice with regards to career path.
Cons
Career opportunities are limited based on who you have as a corporate sponser within the senior management organization. Youth is preferred over experience for many opportunities, and management positions are used as training opportunities, which can negatively impact the level of core competencies within a business unit.
