      Great place to work due to friendship, work enviroment, benefits and market which get you up to next professional levels

      Cons

      Maybe transition cannot be reach as soon as expected for any reasons which could be some dissapoiting

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
