      Rockwell Automation is a global corporate providing many career opportunities. Company has great values and prides itself on its high being one of the worlds most ethical companies

      Cons

      Corporate structures and hierarchy do not fiscilitate quick turn around with many internal items. Decisions are sometimes slow

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
