      Good work environment. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Rigid hybrid model with no exception. Very few office perks provided. No transportation facility for employees staying far. Inconsistency in providing salary hikes or variable pay.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
