Shareholder value is truly all they care about. They will announce what a great year we had and then announce no merit or bonus. Constant layoffs, more work, less pay. You end up with responsibilities out of your job scope because of the constant downsizing. Often no budgets for travel or spending. Yet expect you to still grow and exceed sales targets.
