Rockwell is continuously loosing the culture that once made this company a great place to work. With all the SaaS acquisitions there has been portfolio additions that are limited and don't really serve Rockwell's addressable market and also additions of new leaders coming from the acquired companies. These new leadership are ego driven and have created a very toxic environment. It is sad to see good and valuable people leaving the company very frequently just because of this.
