Pros
Rockwell has been making great strides to get back to the basics and focus on the values that make this company a great place to work at. It will take time, but I am optimistic.
Cons
There is still a ton of changes and work that needs to be done to get Rockwell where they need to be. This can be tough for people that are not comfortable adapting to change while still needing to get their work done.
