Pros
Rockwell has a very organized and clean work environment that promotes safety and professionalism. The onboarding process was smooth, and I felt supported by both team leads and senior technicians from day one. You get to work with cutting-edge automation technology and test a variety of electrical and electronic systems, which is great for hands-on learners. There's a strong emphasis on quality and process, which really helps you develop good habits in testing and documentation.
Cons
While the structure is helpful, sometimes it feels a bit too rigid or bureaucratic when it comes to implementing new ideas. Growth within the company can be a bit slow unless you actively push for it or pursue internal certifications. Not much flexibility in job rotation unless you speak up or take the initiative.
