Good, fair people. relaxed work enviorment, flexable, and family orientated. Very unstressful employment. Gives you a sence of pride being able to help others.

Being a non-profit, you are always concerned when or if a lay off is coming, Pay is low for the experiance they require. Always relying on grants etc. for future work.
