Pros
They’re nice when bringing you in. There are real skilled people (surviving). They do have some really good episodic shows.
Cons
They’re not marging anymore; they’re making this push with the team’s skin and flesh. The strategy seems to be “buy and stay super competitive,” hoping that when the industry comes back, they’ll be the only one left in Quebec. But it’s very risky; they could be the next MPC. Toxic across all areas of the company; they fire people at the slightest issue. To give an idea: the CEO had his wife—who held a key role at the company for years—fired while he was on vacation; she was told to pack her things and was escorted to the door. HR and fellow key roles know how toxic and heartless the company is; wetry to hide it, but with the recent growth it’s impossible not to show it. They’re growing, but the system they’ve built won’t hold for long.
