      Staff are friendly Areas for progression

      Cons

      Nothing gets sorted when issues arise in the building, so this results in to cold in the window and we are literally freezing or boiling in the summer there is no in between.

      I love how much I’ve learnt in Rodericks I love the people I work with I love how much I’ve I’ve learnt in 3 months

      Cons

      I don’t have anything that I don’t like. Only thing Will be when I have a pt and I struggle what needs to be done but it will come in time
