We are sorry however, that you have felt pressure in the sales environment and you felt there was a lack of compassion or consideration of feelings. We completely appreciate that our culture is fast-paced and can be challenging, or perhaps even pressured at times. However, predominantly our focus is on our colleagues and we will always take the time to communicate with our employees, to highlight any possible worries or concerns, in both personal and work-related situations. We want to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the business, and your comments have been taken on-board and signposted to ensure we are moving this in the right direction.
