      Pros

      Everyone is very collaborative in the business, and there is a real community-like culture. Lots of exciting plans for both brands. Opportunities to progress. Great product benefits - 3 free products a month and 50% discount. So many knowledgeable people to learn from!

      No real cons, I enjoy coming to work everyday.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for Rodial. I have flexibility and control of my days/times as long as we are productive. No micromanaging due to the amount of trust that is given from employer to employee and visa versa. Management gives all tools needed for success along with all the knowledge needed. Communication is great from all levels. We are all a team and work as a team not as individuals. We are so supported in all we do with ideas and the ability to be creative. Best company I have ever worked for.
