Regional Manager is super helpful and mindful of employee's time Work is very straightforward and not complicated Decent salary if you are starting or just need a job for a bit Great employee benefits (discounts and free haircut/colour)
Cons
Not too much progression opportunity unless you want to become a hairstylist Some managers and owners micromanage your work Salary is hardly changing unless you ask for it and even then it might be not as much as you are worth
