Pros
Working at Roger Stone Insurance Agency inspires workplace loyalty. I love the "Team" mentality that is fostered throughout. It is a great place to grow. I have seen many people advance their careers here. Compensation is more than fair with an excellent benefits package.
Cons
I have been racking my brain trying to come up with "Cons" to working here and honestly cannot think of anything.
