Failing infrastructure and doing harm to staff and patients - Therapist 2 Rogers Behavioral Health Employee Review

Pros

Large company that has various sources for information. Good benefits if you’re married

Cons

Too many to count. The responses from others are just the tip of the iceberg. Borderline unethical; Rogers finds ways to skate around the problems to stay open. What was once a strong place to go for recovery and care has turned into a money grab that can and will leave you with more trauma than you entered with (patients) and causes harm to its employees. Look into the unionization efforts if you want more tea

Pros

The people, Rogers attracts incredible employees. The mission/work of Rogers is also extremely attractive and it feels good to work for a company that is doing some good in the world.

Cons

Retention. Rogers for some reason cannot hang onto it's best employees and it's devaluing and destroying the culture day by day. With incredibly high turnover on many patient-facing positions, it's hard to develop any kind of consistency. Internal communication is also horrendous, senior leaders would leave or be let go and there would be no explanation or messaging to employees to explain the why or give confidence in any sort of plan moving forward. There has also been so much change in the executive leadership team that the general employee base has zero faith in the current team's direction. Many years we would have no strategic goals until halfway through the year, though employee reviews were always due on time.
