Not great salary - OHS Coordinator Rogers Foods Employee Review

Lots of training and support and room to grow.

Flour is very dusty and gets everywhere, but the company cleans and maintains uniforms for staff.

Love working with the people at Rogers Foods in the office. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I enjoy being able to communicate with potential candidates and help with the onboarding process.

Finding workers can be tough, although it is a different time right now with COVID-19. I can't think of any cons other then that at this moment. It's a good place to work and I'm proud to be working here.
