      Pros

      I was able to work on a variety of projects and had a variety of different roles. Unusually female-heavy firm. People here, especially leadership and old guard are very kind.

      Cons

      My personal pay was quite low. Inconsistent management/project manager training. Young staff can be cliquey.

      Pros

      Good company culture like happy hour every Friday, firm meals, and a holiday party. People are all nice and helpful. The work is meaningful and Rob is a great and understanding boss.

      Cons

      Sometimes long overtime (but not as bad as starchitect offices)
