      Pros

      None . A few good coworkers but they ran them off too. HR lady is nice

      Cons

      No family life . Always expected to come in without notice barely. Rarely got a day off. Owners poorly run business and always fearing the shop will go under . Always being threatened or manipulated that you’ll be fired. Lots of head games and personal belittling. Low pay. Horrible insurance. No respect. No advancement. Was a total nightmare

      Pros

      They need the production employees they have so bad that they do not follow their own attendance/points policy. They pay hourly employee SICK time when they don't have it. Most employees have been there 15+ years. Rumor has it the company was in much better shape, when Ralph ran it.

      Cons

      Business is in Financial stress, Pays Low wages & makes the production employees work 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and offers Poor Benefits
