Working at RCC is very welcoming, comfortable, and rewarding.

When working for RCC, you have to work with certain demographics that you may not agree with, but help no matter what. The internal politics are also sometimes hard to work through.

Great for a full time student, lots of down time for homework and the job itself is very easy. Managers are very willing to work around your class schedule. If you can keep your head down and stay out of drama, it's a smooth ride. Overall, I recommend RCC as a student and as an employee, despite negative experiences.

Management in my experience was very unprofessional. There was drama from a delicate situation with a coworker in my time there, which was handled very poorly. The situation was brushed to the side for a while, and when it was eventually faced, it felt like it wasn't taken seriously and overall management acted deeply unprofessional. There is also very poor communication between departments which leads to frustration among staff and students.
