Rogue Valley Mentoring is doing important work serving youth in Jackson County, Oregon. The overall workplace culture is curious, vibrant, supportive, and creative; we strive for honesty and transparency in everything we do, and take pride in taking care of our staff.
Cons
It is a very busy, small, local non-profit that grew tremendously in the past few years. Our existing staff has been working very hard to keep us going, and we're excited to welcome new staff and board members soon.
