I gained valuable hands-on experience in Email Marketing and was given an opportunity to work in a Marketing role despite having no prior experience, which I truly appreciated.

The work environment is extremely negative. The CEO is highly moody and provides no clear direction or accountability structure. There’s no team synergy, and you're expected to figure everything out on your own. It became mentally draining and ultimately led to my decision to leave.
