Will undoubtedly meet some great colleagues, as it's easy to bond when you're being dragged through hell together. That is the only pro - do not believe the obviously FAKE reviews.
Cons
It all starts at the top. The CEO is a control freak with no sense of direction, who thrives on creating an environment of bullying and intimidation. While his people management skills amount to zero, his attempts to micro-manage every aspect of the business is chaotic. A healthy work/life balance is impossible, and working in this environment will inevitably impact negatively on your personal life and wellbeing. The huge staff turnover reflects the staff morale. For clients, the minimal work done in exchange for a higher-than-average monthly fee is plain wrong. Whilst initial work may be carried out, always ask for specific evidence of ongoing work as it's not uncommon for clients to go 3-6 months without anything more than an automated report and an invoice.
