I love working for this company. Since the day I started, I have felt welcomed and part of the team! Out of all the companies I’ve worked for in my 10-year career, Hagen has done a lot more to show its appreciation for its employees, with things like BBQs, food trucks, and lots of team bonding events. The work-life balance is also great with the hybrid model. What I love most about working here is the freedom to explore different technology solutions and the openness to trying new things. The company has a lot to improve on technology-wise; however, senior leadership is willing to invest in bringing the company into the modern age. Aside from this, Hagen has been the place where I’ve felt appreciated as a worker and not just looked at as a number. Since I started working here, I have been tasked with a lot of work, and not one thing I’ve worked on has been overlooked or underappreciated. Overall, I would recommend that anyone work here if they have the chance!
