Pros

Free products occasionally and diverse customer base. Working with the public, not being the janitor if you work for a store.

Cons

Terrible management at the corporate level, very disappointed with their organization skills and response times to anyone in the field. Very little recognition of any for good work and tons of attention if you make the slightest mistakes. Benefits are laughable at best and offer terrible coverages, the 401k is the only decent part of the benefits package. Human Resources does little to nothing to take care of problems in the, most of the sales team can be written up 30 times and never have to worry about losing their job unless someone in the office doesn't like them. Staffing 1 person per shift in stores is poor quality and limitations on staff means constantly having to scramble if shifts need coverage. New store ops team does not know how things work in stores and only bark orders on things they know nothing of. The stores that have arcades are disgusting they let acts of gay intercourse occur and bodily fluids are all over the place his means semen and urine and blood. Holes in between booths that men use to pleasure each other, prostitution and drug deals a plenty. Want to work for a company that expects you to break laws by turning a blind eye well you found it. Want to have men Lear at you no matter if you are male or female this is the place! Like being sexually harassed by customers and seeing male genitalia without asking! You found the perfect company.

Pros

Schedule remains about the same which is nice.

Cons

A lot, and it's gotten worse as time goes on. They're willing to fire people at the drop of a hat, reprimanding people for things that are normal mistakes or were misunderstood. I kid you not, their winter policy says that if an employee feels unsafe to travel, it's not an excusable absence! In addition, they have a phone policy stating families need to call the store phone and not their personal phone, which is not only incredibly inconvenient but also not going to happen. Stores are incredibly understaffed; you're expected to be a sales rep, a cashier, a security guard, and a janitor all at once for horrid pay. Someone on here said you get up to 50% off? WRONG, you get 15% off AFTER A YEAR OF WORKING THERE, and on "employee appreciation weekend," you get 40%... for a weekend, THAT'S IT. Aren't they supposed to appreciate you all the time? They care far more about the customer than the people keeping their stores afloat. You deal with prank calls, harassment, people that are constantly angry, and on top of that you have to deal with a management team that couldn't care less about you. You want time off? Forget it! You'll be lucky if they decide to even glance at your request, no matter how early you tell them. They TRULY do not care about you, find your job somewhere else.
