Pros
Coworkers are gregarious and friendly Pay is good (for now)
Cons
They've cut ALL overtime, which many people depended on. Feels very unstable - like we could get the notice that the warehouse is closing any day now. They allow lower middle management to continue in position despite having multiple complaints from other managers, employees, and drivers warranting attendance at sensitivity training five or more times. Insurance very expensive & doesn't cover anything that costs Romark $$. Very, very little PTO and long time between gaining more PTO (as in 102 hours a year for first six years, then 156 hours/year until you are employed at Romark for 16 years) and PTO covers *all* time off. Note: 102 hours is only 8.5 days when you work 12 hour shifts. You get no sick days and, if you call out sick even with a doctor's note, you will get points, despite multiple trainings telling you not to come to work sick.
