Business outlook
Pros
Very relaxed atmosphere compared to other retailers, focus on customer service and day to day operations. All senior leadership team are approachable and had many wonderful interactions with them.
Cons
Lack of training with the team, especially with a lot of kids, it is hard to maintain consistent standards. Few frameworks in place, a lot of responsibility on store leadership teams and Senior team members to carry standards and push improvement when the mindset within the team is sometimes too casual. Pay is ok but should be better for managers.
