Pros
The hours are flexible and some positions are work from home. The pay was pretty good some years ago. Worked at the firm for 4 years.
Cons
Extreme job instability. There are constant lay offs, bad morale, poor training resulting in bad quality, lack of organization, constant weekly changes in protocol (sometimes daily), lack of effective leadership, bullying tactics from upper management executive. They lay off and re-hire the same people for much lower salary and no benefits.
