Pros
The interview was great, I had good conversations with the people who interviewed me. Starting work with real work right away and got support with steep learning curve. Great opportunities to grow professionally into various subjects. Lunch and the trail work by the office is a huge bonus.
Cons
Could be a little hard to communicate sufficiently among colleagues. Food is making me gaining weight as well.
