Pros
-Lots of hours if you want them and are a good technician, when the weather permits. -Can be a promising career if you put your heart and mind into it. -Many career paths to walk as a technician with some desire for what you are doing. -Follow the regulations and read drawings consider this law and do not deviate and you will go far.
Cons
-Hires pretty much anyone to meet man power needs this results in low pay compared to some competitors. -Work can range from getting ready at 10pm to getting home by 10pm. Typically you should not work over 17 hours a day. -If you have a family this may not be for you. -If your dreams are higher than this career you will have little time to make them come true.
