Pay was decent for salaried individuals
Cons
They lack compassion for their employees. There is no employee development, no adequate training, no accountability. The culture is extremely toxic and they need a complete overhaul. Their resistance to change is detrimental to their employees. As an HR Professional; I was saddened by how poorly staff was treated. I would not recommend Ronpak to anyone until some major changes took place.
