      None, the company treated their employees like nothing.

      Cons

      Over 60% of the staff resigned in a year. Management had no idea what they were doing, but overcompensated by Micro managing resources

      High employee turnover, with the new CEO leaving within a week and an employee resigning each day for a week when I first joined the company
