Beyond poor leadership and safety standards. CEO caused an electrical fire while trying to repair a press machine, while totally untrained on doing such repairs. Corners cut on all ends at the expense of the laborers, due to company being unprofitable. Frequent OSHA violations across all departments. Poor ventilation in areas where fumes from harmful chemicals are prevalent, and active welding of coated metals. Staff members wearing full headphones while operating fork lifts. No escape from dangerous temperatures in the summer months, with some associates experiencing heat stroke symptoms. Leadership has admitted to dangerous radon levels on lower floors of the building, but shrugged their shoulders when asked what was going to be done about it. Retaliation heavy production management. Poor compensation for a dangerous job.
