      Pros

      Remote!!! Solid Company. Almost impossible to get fired even if project is finished they will put you on hold and will not fire untill new project. Great People. Super projects and companies are common! CoD, Control, Allan Wake2, Forza you name it...

      Cons

      You should be pro active and not be shy if you want your salary to be incresed. Just do not do as I did and ask them for "more money" because otherwise they will not be very motivated to do so. Overally - not many cons. Great company, especcially for beginners! If you are seasonned 3D Artist - just push them when negotiating your pay!
