My Experience - Anonymous employee Rooms To Go Employee Review

I've experienced racism, homophobia, and sexism from the General Manager at Lakeland Distribution Center. The salaries are very low for the work that needs to be done. There is also a double standard between management and associates; not a lot of growth opportunities either, because management has been there 20-30 years, and you won't get a promotion even if you've been there for more than a few years.
