I have been working at Rooof for a little under 2 years and it isn't like any other employer I've had. The environment is very inclusive and works hard to foster a very specific company culture. The space is in the downtown core and there are many perks like weekly team lunches, snacks and drinks always available, Friday afternoon has time set aside for social time in the office and there is no lack of team events(don't worry they are not mandatory)! I would recommend working at Rooof to anyone that will listen!
