Pros
Root is unique within the insurance industry - lots of opportunities to work across functions and design, build and scale new processes. The people I work with on a daily basis are incredibly smart and collaborative.
Cons
Not a good fit for someone who doesn't like change - prioritization is a fundamental skill at Root, and both management and employees are encouraged to focus and prioritize only the most valuable project at any given time.
