Pros

Catered lunches, and no premiums for employee only health insurance

Cons

Bilinguals do not get paid any more then a regular rep, it is an email and phone job but bilinguals get no email time since “if they are on the phones they cover more service” but “we do not use our skill enough to get paid more for it” which was contradicting and upsetting

Pros

Remote, off on holidays, no weekends, and 9/5 schedule

Cons

Work load. Complex, siu, bodily injury and management are the main career paths. Not a lot of opportunities Because they only have personal auto.
