Everyone was in a clique. The Insurance company cares more about their telematics and app than they do their insurance department and the claims employees. For example: They took away unlimited PTO to the claims team while letting the dev team and corporate keep it. The CEO and Concept have good intentions. But then they hire the new VP from Safe Auto WHO RUINED THAT COMPANY. I quit after they announced he was joining the team. I was already struggling with roots mircomanaging and constant incompetence with their adjusters. The managers are either trying new ideas that don't work or sleeping with each other. They have no set ways of handling everything. I write my own ror. my manager APPROVES it then it is declined by the lawyers and I get yelled at. None of the managers have management experience and act like they are just babysitting.
