      Mostly laid back environment.You can do your job& be left alone.

      Cons

      It reminds you a lot of the clicks you saw in high school. The same few people get recognized&kudos. The people within the click have typically worked together at previous carriers.

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
