*Leadership is out of their depth and only wants yes men. *Bonuses and compensation are arbitrary -based on either how much someone likes you and not actual metrics. *Toxic work environment that feels very Mean Girls *If you know a leader then you can get a job you are very under or not qualified for. *Benefits are fairly terrible and have only gotten worse. *HR is a complete joke and those left barely know how to do their jobs.
