Meh - Appraiser Root Inc. Employee Review

Ownership lost its way, went from being open and transparent to closed off and stopped caring about what the employees were saying. Upper management in the appraising department don’t have a clue what they are doing and do not like it when someone has good idea. They also don’t like when supervisors are well liked by the little guys in the department. Was a great company at first but they really lost their way
