They don’t track licenses as they state they will and you may be required to study and test on a whim because theirs licenses department manger was “let go” A pointless meeting every week . The only needed meeting will likely be the company wide meeting in which you discuss how far root is behind as a company . & after working for them it’s honestly obvious why . Claims are weeks behind & apd role is a cluster of liability and appraiser duties. Extremely stressful way too much for no reason .
