      1. Job is not secured as you will hire for any project, once project gone you will be fired if there is no other project 2. Less learning scope 3. Not suitable for career building, no promotion

      Great Environment. Top class projects. Increment is good.

      Cons

      Relatively less holidays. They do not allow all govt holidays. They have their own holiday calendar.
