Pros
Great to learn stuff and keep upto date with latest trends. Nice people in a great environment.
Cons
Some people in the leadership team specially project managers think, it’s their own company. Favoritism is at its peak. No matter how loyal you are to the company, at the end of the day you are easily kicked out. Normalizing working in weekends, night time and even during public holidays!!! No overtime for those of course
