Pros

Honestly, Rooter has been a great place to work. While there’s always noise around companies, my personal journey here has been incredibly positive. Work-Life Balance: The company offers true flexibility — Friday work-from-home is still active, and I’ve never faced issues around taking leaves. Flexible shifts make a big difference in daily life. Growth & Learning: I joined as an intern and have grown into a leadership role. Leaders here truly empower you giving space to experiment, fail, and learn. That kind of trust is rare. Culture & Leadership: The leadership team is approachable and focused on building people, not just chasing targets. It’s a supportive environment where ideas are valued. Of course, no company is perfect, and everyone has their own experience. But I believe if you can’t say something positive about your workplace and only choose to speak negatively behind its back, that says more about your character than the company. I’m proud to be part of Rooter. It’s been the best part of my professional journey so far.

Cons

Company needs to be clear about their long term vision.
