Great work structure, forward thinking leadership, sometimes challenging. I like analyzing and solving problems with a mechanical aptitude so I enjoyed the spontaneity.
Cons
Rushed, highly nepotic, some high responsibility positions. When it's slow, most available work is very monotonous and tedious.
My direct manager was fantastic, other management could have improved. If you like staying extremely busy like me, I would recommend the company, never a dull moment.
Cons
Sometimes chaotic and plans aren’t always thought out very well before executing. Must be adaptable to the old school way of thinking.
