Pros

- if you fail the drug test they'll let you retake it - the warehouse workers - procurement dir.

Cons

- direct and upper management - revolving door of employees - backlog of work due to incompetence - blatant favoritism (men are gods) - sexist - lack of diversity in office (poc only work in warehouse) - CFO/COO - everything is a huge secret (which is so weird and very high school) - no real career paths - rules for thee but not for me - HR - the people good at their jobs leave after years of being under-appreciated, are made miserable to the point of quitting, are forced out or have been let go for asinine reasons

Pros

It COULD be a great place to work if they would just let it be one.

Cons

•Mid and upper management have been around way too long, have little to no experience working anywhere else, and are extremely resistant to suggestions or new ideas. They tend to be extremely defensive toward anyone who's been there less than 20 years and haven't drank the Koolaid. • They expect expert-level technical skills while treating the work like an assembly line. There's little to no room for input, discussion or inclusion in any creative process. "Just do it faster." •A lot of bait and switch when it comes to benefits and compensation offered vs how long it actually takes to become eligible. Promises of pay increases never materialized (but plenty of excuses) and there were no raises since before the pandemic. At one point employees were left with no medical insurance for three weeks. •No investment in equipment or a comfortable, professional workplace. •Internal communication is always a chaotic, disorganized mess. •Office is literally situated next to the city's sewage treatment plant. Don't leave your car windows open.
